Another year, another album, yey music!

To be perfectly honest, I did not expect to be back with new material so soon. I was pretty happy with the last one and I wanted to take it slow after that.
Yeah that did not work out.

Looking back at the last album, it was very modern and had some interessting ideas, but I think it was a bit too modern and a bit overproduced. So I decided to take a more minimal approach this time. Only one e-guitar, bringing back the acoustic guitar, basically writing songs that can be performed by a four-piece-band. And maybe some acoustic-only songs, why not?

This resulted in a less excessive album (and maybe less pretentious? I don't know) and more catchy songs (I think).
